One of the great things about our adventure golf that we have seen over the years is that it’s a great way to put everyone onto a level playing field.
We’ve seen the most serious of golfers get stuck on some of the obstacles and some of the youngest players get a hole in one. That’s why it makes for such a great venue for the many community groups and clubs that choose to come to play here.

Light Nights & Men’s Shed

With the light nights coming back, our evenings are filled with many different kinds of clubs who book adventure golf sessions for their members. We welcome all kinds of groups from Cubs and Brownies to sports clubs and charity groups.
The ages range from the very young to adults and all abilities are catered for too. The most important thing about our community group bookings is they are lots of fun and we also offer a discounted rate. The group booking rate is just £4 per child which can really add up to significant savings. To show the variety of who comes and takes advantage of our group sessions, we have had the women’s Wasps netball team come along and enjoy some team bonding. The activity went down a treat although it brought out the competitiveness in the players!
At the other end of the spectrum, we welcome the guys from Solihull Men’s Shed once a month who come and enjoy some fun and socialising. It’s a great way to have a change of scenery from their usual meeting venue at the Marie Curie hospice in Solihull.

Cheating & Score Cards

We find that charities use our adventure golf as a great way to help some of the people that they work with. Solihull based charity, SoLO is a regular visitor to Four Ashes, with some of their clients, and it is a great afternoon for everyone. There are some who’ve never played adventure golf before but pick it up very quickly and others who are regular visitors that enjoy practising and improving their game.
We have the answer to stopping any cheating on the scorecards too!
Our mobile phone app has an electronic scorecard so there can be no debate over handwritten scores. It makes it much easier to enter scores for each player and means that nobody can scribble out a bad score and give themselves a hole in one!

Free return Game

Aside from playing adventure golf with friends and clubmates, our course also offers plenty more too. You can be in with a chance of winning a free return game by taking a Selfie At The Seventh.
Simply take a picture on the seventh hole and upload it to any of our social media accounts and you’ll be in with a chance of being drawn out as a winner at the end of the month.
If the weather is good then you can enjoy ice cream and a cold drink on the terrace by the course. But if you’d prefer then you can relax after your game in our café. We now serve Costa Coffee and Costa treats too along with sandwiches, meals and snacks.
